1. Coaching
All official coaching services commence only after you or your organisation (here after referred to as 'Client') sign a Panopticon Client Engagement Agreement. This Agreement outlines the responsibilities of Panopticon (here after referred to as 'Coach') and you, the Client and/or your organisation, (here after referred to as the 'Sponsor').
By entering into this partnership the Client agrees they have clear knowledge they are responsible for achieving their desired coaching outcomes and goals. The Client agrees that Coaching is provided to individuals and corporations to identify their potential, set goals, gain clarity and create desired changes. The Client agrees coaching is not a substitute for medical or physiological diagnosis or treatment. Coaches do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe, advise, perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. The Client indemnifies the Coach against all loses, claims, damages that arise out of the choices the Client makes in their life or organisation during or following the coaching partnership.

2. Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling of any scheduled coaching sessions must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time or the full fee of the session will be charged. Clients will have the option to reschedule their appointment to a new designated date and time. Any coaching sessions that remain unused from a scheduled coaching program will be redeemable for coaching by the contracted Client of a period of 6 months from the initial scheduled date. After 6 months from the scheduled date these sessions will no longer be redeemable by the Client.
Panopticon reserves all rights to refuse to enter into a coaching contract or agreement, at any time, with anybody deemed to be disingenuous about their commitment to coaching, and/or not ready to be coached, or for any other stated or not stated reason. Furthermore, Panopticon reserves all rights to cancel any scheduled or agreed upon coaching, and refuse to deliver any future coaching, at any time, to anybody, for the same reasons stated previously.
Panopticon reserves all rights to refuse to enter into a coaching contract or agreement, at any time, with anybody deemed to be disingenuous about their commitment to coaching, and/or not ready to be coached, or for any other stated or not stated reason. Furthermore, Panopticon reserves all rights to cancel any scheduled or agreed upon coaching, and refuse to deliver any future coaching, at any time, to anybody, for the same reasons stated previously.
3. Training & Speaking
All training and speaking design and delivery commences only after receipt of an agreed non-refundable engaging deposit by the agree date. Until this deposit is received by Panopticon the Trainer and dates are not confirmed. If a cancellation of training or speaking session, day or program is made no less than thirty (30) days before the agreed date the non-refundable engagement deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made within 30 days before the agreed date a 100% cancellation fee (100% of the agreed training fee) will apply.
4. Scope of Work
Our Coaches, Trainers and Speakers agree to appear, work and abide within the scope of the agreed work and all reasonable requests from the Client. Any requests by a Client that are outside the scope of the coaching or training agreement will be handled on an individual basis and where necessary mutually agreeable additions can be added. The Client accepts that the Coach, Trainer or Speaker will cease coaching, training or speaking whilst any unsafe working conditions exist.
5. Copyright
The use of any image or materials provided by Panopticon or from its website is strictly limited to personal use and domestic purposes. Copyright laws and international treaties protect these images and material. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of these images or material or of any portion may result in civil and criminal penalties, and will be litigated. This includes images in electronic and printed format. No part of the contents of the information published on the Panopticon website or materials provided may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without the written permission of Panopticon.

Any links provided to other websites are strictly for information purposes only and Panopticon in no way endorses the nature, content or availability of third party websites, and the information contained therein.
7. Warranties
Panopticon is providing this website and its contents on an 'as is' basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this website or its contents. Panopticon disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Panopticon does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this website is accurate, complete or current. Neither Panopticon nor any of its directors, employees, or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
